This Month in Channel Islands Construction Focus – Issue 6.2

Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Construction Channel Islands!

In this issue we take a look at Shoreline, Guernsey; we check out Axis Mason’s latest projects; and we step inside Upgrade Fitness.

An ecstatic client, an outstandingly beautiful home of rare workmanship, and an idyllic location summarise the success of Shoreline. This breathtaking four-bedroom bespoke property stands proudly overlooking Cobo Bay, Guernsey, with magnificent views where the sun sets. The design and build project to create this high spec exceptional property with turnkey requirements from the client, was carried out by Concept360, who acted as main contractors, project managers, lead architects and interior designers for the scheme.

Axis Mason, the Jersey and UK architecture firm with 35 years’ experience in designing and developing residential, hospitality, and office projects, has completed a group of projects which showcase its collaborative and creative personality. Crossing different sectors and meeting unique client briefs, these projects exhibit Axis Mason’s integrated architecture, landscape, and interior design capabilities, as well as meet a diversity of communal needs. The team are always aware of the impact their work can have on people and places, and each of these developments demonstrates a consistent desire to design live-able and loveable spaces that are sustainable, creative, and inspiring.

Upgrade Fitness is Guernsey’s new high-end gym facility designed by DRP Architecture and constructed by Ravenscroft Construction. As a profound step forward for the fitness brand, the new site is an embodiment of efficient and modern design, offering the island the perfect spot for a workout. On this project DRP Architecture and Ravenscroft Construction understood that the new Upgrade Fitness site needed to not only provide the brand with a dedicated facility worthy of standing on its own, but also cement it as the island’s number one gym destination.

With all this and more, look no further than Premier Construction Channel Islands for the latest awe-inspiring developments that continue to shape the architectural landscape.
